Position: English Teacher
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Aldershot
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: 34,398 to 52,490 per annum

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Instil a passion for literature and language while developing students' analytical and communication skills.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and share best practice within the English department.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school.
- Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
- Effective classroom management and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A passion for inspiring young people and contributing positively to school culture.
- Supportive, welcoming and collaborative English department.
- Strong pastoral leadership and proven staff support.
