Academics Ltd. is seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary special school in Tower Hamlets. The role involves supporting students with challenging behaviour and assisting them in engaging with their education.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in young people's lives and offers ongoing training in behaviour management, safeguarding, and specialist SEN support.
As a Challenging Behaviour Support Assistant, you will gain valuable exposure to the educational field, assisting pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis.
