Actual Annual Salary (7.5 hours per week): £4,156 - £4,206 (£12.71 - £12.86 per hour) based on hours and weeks worked

Actual Annual Salary (10 hours per week): £5,541 - £5,608 (£12.71 - £12.86 per hour) based on hours and weeks worked

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £24,522 - £24,819 (Grade Ai) based on full time hours, all year round

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Term time only.

Hours: 7.5 hours per week or 10 hours per week (Please specify which hours you are interested in when completing your application)

Additional role info: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This vital role involves supporting pupils during the lunch break, promoting good behaviour, encouraging healthy eating, and ensuring the playground is a fun and secure space for all.

About you:

You will have:

• good relationship-building skills and able to proactively engage with students and other staff members.
• strong interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrates empathy and active listening.
• the ability to deal with inappropriate behaviour in a calm and non-judgemental way, following academy guidance.
• patience, be calm and be able to work under pressure
• positive values and attitudes in order to be a role model to our students.

Begbrook Academy is a three-form entry primary school with a pre-school, situated in Stapleton, on the outskirts of Bristol. Our school population is culturally, socially and economically diverse.
