Position Summary
Clifton College is currently seeking a Performing Arts Graduate Teacher to join their vibrant and ambitious Drama Department from September 2026.
This role is designed as an exciting year of professional development, offering a recent graduate invaluable experience in teaching, creative practice, and the wider life of a thriving independent school.
In addition, this role comes with the option of qualifying as a teacher via the University of Buckingham Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship with QTS and PGCE in Drama, subject to acceptance on the course by the university. The training is fully subsidised and supported by the College.
RoleWe are looking for an exceptional facilitator, workshop leader or emerging educator who is proactive, driven, and truly passionate about the performing arts.
The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young people through drama and dance.
This is a hands‑on role for someone eager to fully immerse themselves in school life, from rehearsals and productions to co‑curricular activities, embracing every opportunity to contribute and grow.
A deep love for theatre, performance, and arts education is essential, along with the willingness to throw oneself wholeheartedly into this dynamic and rewarding environment.
