Early Years Assistant – Unqualified

We’re looking for an Unqualified Early Years Assistant to join our Cheswick Village Nursery in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while starting or developing a long-term career in a supportive and close-knit setting.

You’ll support the delivery of high-quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment, helping each child develop through inspiring activities and nurturing relationships across age groups.

• Support engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Assist with each child’s individual development and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
• Help maintain high standards of safeguarding and care

• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A team-focused, proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• up to £26,436.80 per annum, based on 40 hours per week
