Permanent, Full-Time Salary: M3 - UPS1 Inner London Pay Scale (dependent on experience) Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded independent prep school in Kensington & Chelsea to recruit an outstanding Year 4 Class Teacher for September 2026. This successful and well-established prep school is known for its strong academic standards, nurturing ethos, and excellent pastoral care.

Pupils are enthusiastic, highly engaged, and eager to learn, creating a positive and rewarding teaching environment. The school also offers a broad and enriching curriculum, including specialist teaching, modern languages, music, sport, and a wide range of extracurricular opportunities. The successful candidate will join a dedicated Lower Key Stage 2 team and will be responsible for delivering an engaging and challenging Year 3 curriculum that prepares pupils for continued academic success throughout prep education and beyond.

This role would suit a passionate and knowledgeable teacher with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the ability to stretch and challenge high-achieving learners.

Experience with in the independent sector would be advantageous, although not essential.
