Role Description

This on-site, full-time role is based in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. As a Preschool Room Leader, you will lead and manage the daily operations of the preschool classroom while ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate, engaging activities, supervising and supporting staff, monitoring children's progress, and maintaining strong communication with families.

You will ensure compliance with all health, safety, and educational standards.

Qualifications
  • Ability to plan, organize, and lead educational and creative activities tailored to children aged 3-5 years.
  • Proven experience in early years education or childcare and knowledge of child development milestones.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and support a team of staff and engage effectively with families.
  • Understanding of safeguarding policies, health and safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • A recognized early years qualification, such as Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent, is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • First Aid certification and knowledge of emergency response protocols are advantageous.
  • Experience in maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks and fostering a positive learning environment.
