We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our Pre-Prep (ages 3 to 7 years) from September 2026 on a one-year fixed term basis.
This role will involve assisting with a child in class, supporting with designated tasks in both class lessons and play, and providing support outside of the classroom with activities such as swimming or at forest school.
The exact hours of work will be flexible as this will be dependent on the needs of the child, however it is anticipated that 1:1 to support will be needed Monday to Friday and covering the full school day.
The successful candidate will be calm, patient and proactive, with a genuine commitment to supporting children’s development and the ability to build strong, positive relationships.
