Secondary Supply Teacher Subject Specialist (Local Secondary Schools)
Position:
Full‑time or Part‑time, Flexible (Term Time Only)
Salary: GBP
140‑233 per day (Weekly Pay dependent on experience)

140‑233, paid every Friday via Randstad.
- Expert Lesson Delivery:
Deliver pre‑planned lessons with confidence, ensuring that students in Years 7‑13 continue to make progress against the National Curriculum. - High‑level Classroom Management:
Utilise sophisticated behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused and productive learning environment for teenagers. - Differentiated Support:
Adapt the delivery of materials on the fly to support students with SEND or to stretch higher‑attaining pupils at Key Stage 4. - Professional Handovers:
Provide concise, high‑quality feedback to the department head to ensure seamless continuity for the student's regular teacher.
- Hold QTS:
You have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs are encouraged). - Subject Confidence:
You have a deep understanding of your specialist subject and a general ability to cover other areas of the secondary curriculum. - Resilient and Engaging:
You can walk into a new classroom and quickly build rapport with teenagers through subject passion and firm boundaries. - Committed:
You hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing) and are fully dedicated to Safeguarding.
