• Expert Lesson Delivery:
  Deliver pre‑planned lessons with confidence, ensuring that students in Years 7‑13 continue to make progress against the National Curriculum.
• High‑level Classroom Management:
  Utilise sophisticated behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused and productive learning environment for teenagers.
• Differentiated Support:
  Adapt the delivery of materials on the fly to support students with SEND or to stretch higher‑attaining pupils at Key Stage 4.
• Professional Handovers:
  Provide concise, high‑quality feedback to the department head to ensure seamless continuity for the student's regular teacher.

• Hold QTS:
  You have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs are encouraged).
• Subject Confidence:
  You have a deep understanding of your specialist subject and a general ability to cover other areas of the secondary curriculum.
• Resilient and Engaging:
  You can walk into a new classroom and quickly build rapport with teenagers through subject passion and firm boundaries.
• Committed:
  You hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing) and are fully dedicated to Safeguarding.
