Our state‑of‑the‑art facilities include mock courtrooms, modern teaching spaces and a dedicated Business and Law Clinic that offers hands‑on experience through pro‑bono work supervised by qualified professionals.

About

The Role

We are seeking a permanent Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to strengthen our growing LLB and LLM programmes. Candidates should be able to teach at least two of the following subjects:

• Commercial law

• Financial Crime

• Competition Law
and one of the following foundation modules:
Criminal Law, Public Law, Law of Torts or Contract Law.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Teach, assess and support students on Academic Law modules.
  • Lead and co‑lead modules where appropriate.
  • Supervise dissertations and research projects.
  • Serve as a personal tutor for students.
  • Participate in off‑campus student outreach, recruitment activities and open days when required.
  • Collaborate with the School’s leadership team to advance learning and teaching initiatives and help sustain an innovative, forward‑looking curriculum.

This role also offers opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities, such as Programme Leader.

About You

You are an innovative, inclusive and collaborative individual with experience teaching in higher education. You possess excellent communication skills, strong organisation and effective time‑management. You are adept at explaining complex information clearly and connecting learning to real‑world professional or commercial contexts. You are committed to continually enhancing your teaching practice, using technology effectively to support engaging, high‑quality learning. A student‑centred approach and high ethical standards are essential.

Adaptability, resilience and professionalism in demanding situations are required.
