Working Hours:
Minimum of 28 hours over 4 days or 35 hours over 5 days (Job shares are available), 38 weeks per year term-time all school holidays off.
Salary: £25,287.00 (FTE) – £16,180.71 for 28 hours, £20,225.89 for 35 hours (reflecting 38 working weeks).

- Work collaboratively with curriculum staff in‑class to support learner progress and achievement.
- Supervise learners during unstructured times not directly supervised by curriculum staff (e.g., breaks, lunch times, arrivals and departures).
- Provide out‑of‑class academic support for learners on an individual or group basis.
- Complete all necessary administrative duties, such as accurately recording student support, in a constructive manner.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good standard of general education including Maths and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent); willingness to upskill.
- Experience (or willingness to learn) working with young people aged 16–25 with additional needs and/or EHCPs.
- Preferable but not essential: experience within education; relevant experience in health, social care, or community settings also acceptable.
- Experience or willingness to learn Office 365 and its applications.
