Hours: 20.83 hours per week, spread across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday during term‑time only.

Our school
Churchill Primary School is located in a beautiful rural setting within North Somerset. Our modern, well‑resourced building houses seven classes, with attractive grounds and play areas outside.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team. The role includes:
- A flexible team player who is positive, passionate about their job and a problem solver
- Someone who can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- A committed person confident in working with the class teacher to support or develop learning of individual pupils, groups or the whole class
- An individual who can use their own initiative
- A person with a good sense of humour
- A person who demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
- A self–motivated, creative and flexible individual
