Immediate Start Behaviour Mentor Exclusion Room Secondary Academy Tower Hamlets Full-Time | Ongoing into September Up to £130 per day Are you resilient, calm under pressure, and passionate about supporting young people with behavioural needs? We are currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to work within the Exclusion Room of a secondary academy in Tower Hamlets. This role is ideal for candidates with behaviour support, youth work, or mentoring experience who want to make a positive impact within education.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance, helping them remain engaged with learning and successfully reintegrate into the wider school environment.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting students within the Exclusion Room throughout the school day Helping students regulate behaviour and engage with learning Building positive relationships and providing consistent mentoring support Working closely with pastoral staff and senior leaders Encouraging students to develop resilience, responsibility, and positive choices Why work with Horizon Teachers?
