- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Food and Design Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and implement high-quality practical and theoretical learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress in line with Academy policies.
- Contribute to the development of the Food and/or DT curriculum and enrichment opportunities.
- Promote creativity, independence and problem-solving skills through practical learning.
- Uphold the Oasis ethos and values in all aspects of Academy life.
- Holds QTS and a relevant degree (e.g., Food Technology, Design Technology or a related subject).
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for Food and/or Design Technology.
- Has experience teaching at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Is committed to achieving high standards for all students.
- Possesses strong classroom and practical environment management skills.
- Is organised, resilient and committed to professional development.
- Possesses strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
