E-ACT Greenfield Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Nursery Lead to provide high-quality early years provision and lead our nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning and delivery of a creative, engaging EYFS curriculum
- Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
- Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records
- Support, coach, and model best practice for nursery staff
- Build positive partnerships with parents and external professionals
Pay range: SCP
12-17 - £18,788.23 - £20,380.74 - FTE: £28,598.00 - £31,022.00 - 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience in an early years setting, ideally with leadership responsibility
