Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Agriculture and Horticulture Department at the Berkshire College of Agriculture. This part-time role involves 30 hours per week over 37 weeks, supporting students with learning barriers and enhancing their educational experience.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics, and relevant experience with learning difficulties. Benefits include a local government pension scheme and career progression opportunities.
