Avanti Gardens is seeking a skillful and motivated Learning Coach to support teaching and learning across our primary phase.
Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality classroom support, leading targeted interventions, and helping pupils to access a broad and engaging curriculum.
You will work with children with a range of needs, adapting your approach to ensure every pupil can thrive both academically and personally.

What will you do?- Assist class teachers and school leaders in ensuring the very best learning experience for children and young people in our trust schools.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, adapting approaches to meet individual needs, including those with SEND or English as an additional language.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions and contribute to pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Promote positive behaviour, social and emotional development, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times.
- Engage with families, contribute to the wider school community, and take an active role in ongoing professional development.
- Evidence of strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills.
- An understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities.
- An ability to understand the principles of child development and learning processes, particularly barriers to learning.
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
