The school is particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in Early Years, care, support work or previous Teaching Assistant experience , as these skill sets transfer extremely well into the SEN environment.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will:
Support children across EYFS and primary classes with a range of SEN needs Assist with personalised learning plans and small-group interventions Provide emotional, behavioural and learning support Help create a calm, encouraging and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team Engage in sensory play, communication support and practical learning activities Why Apply?
