The post holder is also required to educate and equip clients with the skills to prevent and tackle these negative behaviours whilst promoting positive cultures and values to maximise the positive difference SARI makes in the communities we serve.

  • Preparing and delivering proposals where we are invited to tender for a training, education, or consultancy contract.

A successful candidate is likely to have experience of:

  • Delivering equalities-related and skills-based training and education to a range of audiences using interactive and experiential approaches.
  • Understanding of the UK education framework and systems including national curriculum, complaints procedures, appeals procedures, and school and authority structures.
  • Ability to work calmly, professionally and effectively with children, young people and adults who are or have been traumatised, stressed, and emotional, and who may have emotional and wellbeing needs.
  • Relevant training or education qualification e.g. PGCE.
