** About the Role
** This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of supporting vulnerable students to thrive. You’ll supervise students to create a safe and positive environment, helping them to improve behaviour and achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering individual and small group interventions to boost engagement, attendance, confidence, and self-esteem.
* Working closely with school staff, families, and external agencies to provide consistent support and access to specialist services.
* Monitoring and evaluating interventions, keeping clear records and reporting progress to the Behaviour Lead and senior leadership team.
* Supporting behaviour management systems, including ready to learn supervision and lunchtime duties.
* Being part of our first aid team, responding to illness and injury when needed.
* Investigating incidents, liaising with parents, and providing ongoing support to students.

You’ll have:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* A tactful, polite, and helpful manner when working with colleagues, parents, pupils, and senior leaders.
* The confidence to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Experience of supporting vulnerable or disadvantaged students, ideally backed by NVQ Level 3 in Learning Development and Support Services (or equivalent experience).Above all, you’ll be motivated by helping students overcome barriers to learning, building their confidence, and enabling them to reach their full potential.
