Actual Annual Salary: £18,010 - £19,631 Based on hours and weeks worked
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade
B) Based on full time hours, all year round.

Overview: An opportunity to empower students to reach their full potential by delivering tailored support that enhances learning, engagement, and well-being.
Support students by implementing appropriate strategies and techniques to enable them to access the curriculum, actively engage in high-quality classroom learning, and achieve their full potential. Take responsibility for delivering planned learning activities and supporting teaching programmes, as agreed with teaching staff, adapting approaches in response to students’ needs.
Contribute to measurable improvements in student attainment, as well as their social and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school support services, supporting learners in a mainstream secondary school setting focused on academic achievement and personal development.

- Have strong interpersonal skills, in particular with the ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening.
- Have good planning and organisational skills, specifically with regard to learning activities and support materials.
- Be someone with a keen interest in working with children and commitment to inclusion and acceptance of all.
