Examinations Officer

For September 2026 we are looking to appoint an Examinations Officer to join a friendly, professional and supportive Examinations Office. The role is full‑time, predominantly term‑time (40 hours per week) with 10 days to be worked outside of term‑time.

• Oversee examination entries and coordinate access arrangements and special consideration.
• Manage examination timetables, training and supervising invigilators, ensure the secure handling of examination materials, set up examination rooms, and process results and post‑results services.
• Act as a central figure in the school's assessment and examination procedures, maintaining the integrity, security and fairness of the examination system.
• Work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, students, parents and external agencies to ensure every candidate can perform under appropriate conditions and that all examination activities comply with current regulations and best practice.

• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex processes throughout the academic year.
• Experience with SIMS or previous examination experience would be advantageous.

Salary: £27,680.84 per annum (pro‑rated) (£31,529 for full‑time equivalent). Closing date for applications:
