Specialist Resource Base Support - Teaching Assistants Required | Caerphilly | September Start Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a background in Specialist Resource Base Support? Our aim is to provide schools with reliable, skilled staff while ensuring every Teaching Assistant is matched to a role that suits their experience, availability, and career goals.

The Role As part of our Specialist Resource Base Support team, you will:
Support pupils with additional learning needs within specialist resource bases Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Work closely with teachers and wider school staff to support individual learning plans Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement We're Looking For Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant Strong experience providing support to pupils with additional learning needs A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work across schools in Caerphilly
