Guardian Jobs is seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a highly inclusive primary school in Newham from September 2026. This full-time role runs until July 2027 with potential extension, and is perfect for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, and other SEND professions.
Responsibilities include supporting pupils with diverse needs and collaborating with teachers and SEND teams. Ideal candidates will have a 2:1 degree or higher, along with child-centred experience and excellent communication skills.
