Level Teaching Assistant

Here at Affinity Partnerships, we are looking to recruit a passionate and supportive HLTA to join a friendly team at a school in Backwell. This will involve working alongside another HLTA to provide support and create an engaging learning environment to the pupils of this school.

• HLTA qualification
• An enhanced DBS check
• Have experience working with children in a classroom
• A patient, supportive and adaptable approach

• Plan, prepare and deliver activities
• Provide 1‑1 support when required
• Assess and report pupils' progress
• Liaise with parents and teachers

• Dedicated consultant allocated to support you throughout your placement

• Training workshops and CPD courses to provide professional development
• Refer a friend reward scheme
• Application support and interview preparation
• Day rate of 100 - 130.35
