Protocol Education are recruiting SEN Support staff to join welcoming schools in Bristol for the new academic year. The role involves providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs, working with the class teacher and SENCO, and helping children stay focused during lessons.
We value a calm, patient and proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN.
