Are you passionate about empowering young people to succeed? Join our dedicated pastoral team and play a pivotal role in shaping positive futures for every student.
As a key point of contact for a designated cohort of students, you will support their welfare, behaviour, attendance and overall wellbeing, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensure every student can thrive. Working closely with colleagues, parents/carers and external agencies, you will deliver mentoring and targeted interventions, monitor student progress, and respond to safeguarding, attendance and behaviour concerns with professionalism and care.
You will play an integral role in promoting a positive, inclusive school culture, supporting the consistent application of academy policies, maintaining accurate student records, undertaking home visits where appropriate, and contributing to behaviour support systems and the wider pastoral team.

- Successful experience of working in a school or similar setting with responsibility for student welfare and raising achievement.
- Experience of liaising with external agencies and contributing to meetings that support student outcomes.
- A good understanding of safeguarding within an educational setting and the ability to respond appropriately to concerns.
- Knowledge of inclusion, raising achievement and current issues in student support.
- The ability to manage information accurately and securely using paper‑based and electronic systems, including management information systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, or willingness to meet the travel requirements of the role.
- A MIDAS qualification, or willingness to undertake this qualification.

About Digitech AcademyDigitech delivers a specialised curriculum for 14 to 19-year-olds, where we offer progression into the creative digital and high-tech sectors. We are located in Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Studio schools are small by design, and we only take 90 students into each year group.
This allows us to meet the needs of students in a personalised way.
