Dream Foundation is seeking an SEND & Inclusion Lead (Post 16) to provide strategic operational leadership across Post 16 provision, including hubs and outreach teams. The role includes safeguarding (DSL) responsibilities, ensuring compliant SEND support and inclusive practices in a safe, learner-centred environment.
You will oversee timetabling, staffing, and capacity, while liaising with external professionals to monitor impact and drive continuous improvement across all sites.
