The Role

The Federation of Bishop Sutton Primary & Stanton Drew Primary Schools are seeking to appoint a Learning Partner supporting the learning of children across the schools.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of working with children with SEND and SEMH needs
  • Experience of planning and delivering learning activities
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
  • Understanding of how to adapt and deliver support to meet individual needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and nurturing nature
  • Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum.

The Trust

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a multi‑academy trust that has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 34 schools in the trust.

The LSP is cross‑phase and includes infant, junior, primary and secondary schools. The trust is a mixed MAT and includes both non‑denominational and Church of England schools.
