We are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work within specialist SEN and SEMH schools across Bristol, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop the skills they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role

You will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • SEMH needs
  • Anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance
  • Communication and interaction difficulties

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Building positive relationships with pupils
  • Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
  • Delivering structured interventions and targeted support
  • Promoting engagement both inside and outside the classroom
  • Supporting behaviour using positive, trauma‑informed approaches
  • Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
