Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day? We're seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with an EHCP within a welcoming primary school. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support, help deliver small-group interventions, and work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure every child can thrive.

Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support for a Year 4 pupil with an EHCP.
- Deliver small-group interventions and adapt learning activities as needed.
- Work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure every child can thrive.
- Support pupils academically and emotionally, promoting independence and confidence.
- Experience supporting
Children with SEND, particularly neurodiverse learners. - Understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children.
- Patient, calm, and committed to promoting independence and confidence.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team.
- An enhanced DBS check and all relevant safeguarding checks will be required.
- Appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
