Our school serves a diverse community, where, as recognised by Ofsted, “inclusion is at the heart of the school” and there is “a real sense of belonging” for both pupils and staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a united, committed and forward‑thinking team, where relationships, inclusion and high expectations sit at the heart of everything we do.

Ofsted noted that “staff feel valued” and that leaders foster “a deep sense of pride and belonging among the staff team.” You will play a key role in shaping the experience of our pupils, ensuring they are inspired, supported and challenged to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for:

  • a caring and enthusiastic individual who can lead fun, engaging activities while maintaining a safe environment.
  • passionate individuals who enjoy working with children aged 4‑11.
  • excellent communicators who can build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • team players who are proactive, flexible, and organised.
  • responsibilities include supporting children’s play and activities, assisting with snacks, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment.
  • a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school
  • the ability to show initiative and adapt to the needs of the role.
  • a willingness to work well as part of the team.
  • are determined, resilient and have high expectations of themselves and others
  • are flexible, have a good sense of humour and has an understanding of the “bigger picture”

We can offer:

  • friendly, motivated and caring children who are keen to learn
  • an enthusiastic and committed staff
  • supportive leadership from Principal, CEO, MAT Directors, Governors and an engaged parent community
  • a commitment to your continuing professional development
  • the opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference in a school that is ambitious, inclusive and rapidly improving
