Maintenance Plumber

We are looking for a Maintenance Plumberto join our busy Facilities team.

The post holder will undertake a broad range of plumbing and heating maintenance activities, ensuring statutory compliance, service reliability and high standards of customer service. Working as part of the Facilities Team, the role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving faults, undertaking repairs and minor projects, and supporting the efficient delivery of Estates services across the College.

The successful candidate must hold a NVQ Level 2/3, City and Guilds Plumbing or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience post qualification including experience of reactive plumbing maintenance. They must hold a Full UK driving license.

The hours are Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours a week
