Teaching Personnel are partnered with multiple Bristol schools to recruit dedicated Pastoral Support Workers. You will provide pastoral care and emotional support to pupils, in 1:1 or small-group settings, and assist with attendance and behaviour tracking to help students stay engaged.
The role focuses on safeguarding, building rapport, and promoting a safe, inclusive school environment, while collaborating with staff and safeguarding leads.
