We're looking for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school this September. You'll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident and ready to learn every day.
Whether it's celebrating a child's first full day in class, helping them communicate their needs, or simply being the reassuring face they can rely on, you'll make a genuine difference.
What you'll be doing:
Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SENDSupporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other additional needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning
Helping pupils build confidence, independence and resilience
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a school or similar setting
Is patient, calm and adaptable
Builds positive relationships with ease
Is passionate about helping every child achieve their potential
Can work well as part of a supportive school team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
