E-ACT Montpelier High School in Bristol is seeking a Non-teaching Head of Year to lead a designated year group with a strong focus on attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and outstanding pastoral support.
You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding, working closely with families, staff and external agencies to ensure every student is supported to reach their potential. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a competitive SCP/FTE salary.
