Manshead Church of England Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year (Pastoral) to lead and support the year group with a focus on safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion.
You will work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team to provide interventions and build positive relationships with students and families, contributing to a welcoming and inclusive school culture.
