What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils thrive both academically and personally.

You may be:

✅ Supporting students in lessons on a one-to-one or small group basis

✅ Helping pupils build confidence, engagement and independence

✅ Assisting children with additional learning, communication or behavioural needs

✅ Supporting social, emotional and mental wellbeing
