The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils reach their full potential. Duties may include:

Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required

Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment

We're Looking For We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including:

Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants Support workers and care professionals

Youth workers, sports coaches, or childcare practitioners

Graduates looking to gain experience in education

Anyone with experience working with children or young people

To be successful, you will:

Have a positive and proactive attitude

Be patient, reliable and enthusiastic

Enjoy working with children and young people

Have excellent communication skills

Be available for either full-time or part-time work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
