Early Years Practitoner

A welcoming North Bristol nursery is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to support children in a busy and engaging Early Years environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping children develop through play, exploration and real-life learning experiences. Based on the nursery's emphasis on child-initiated learning and partnership working with families.

What You'll Be Doing Supporting children throughout the nursery day Leading and participating in creative indoor and outdoor activities

Encouraging communication, confidence and independence

Building warm, positive relationships with children

Supporting children's emotional and social development

Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners and teachers

We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience in childcare, nurseries or schools

Is naturally caring, patient and enthusiastic

Enjoys working as part of a team

Has a genuine passion for supporting young children

Understands the importance of safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
