What You'll Be Doing Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who need additional guidance Building positive, trusting relationships with children Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience and emotional regulation Supporting learning and engagement in the classroom Encouraging positive behaviours and celebrating progress Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams Using a calm and consistent approach to support individual needs
