Learning Centre Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Centre Coach to join our Bristol Campus on full-time, fixed-term basis until September 2027

Are you a graduate looking for a rewarding career where you can make a genuine difference to young people's lives?

Have you considered teaching but would like to gain experience, develop your skills, and understand what great learning looks like before committing to teacher training?

At One School Global, we do things differently.

As one of the world's largest and most innovative schools, our students learn within a technology-rich environment that places independent learning, personal responsibility, and academic achievement at the centre of everything we do.

Working within the Learning Centre, you will help students develop the study skills, organisation, resilience, and confidence they need to succeed. You will coach, encourage, and guide students throughout their learning journey, helping them become effective independent learners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about education, coaching, mentoring, or youth development and wants to build a meaningful career.

• Work within an innovative educational environment.
• Learn coaching techniques that support independent learning.
• Gain first-hand experience of teaching and learning.
• Access ongoing professional development and training.
• Potential support towards teacher training and Qualified Teacher Status.
• Opportunity to be part of the future growth of One School Global.

For the right candidate, this role could provide a supported pathway into teacher training and longer-term opportunities within the organisation.
