Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistant at Henleaze Junior School, part of the Amplify Education trust and sharing a campus with an infant school. Duties centre on supporting pupils with EHCPs or SEND Support, one to one or in groups, and working with class teachers on targets and progress records. The post is 31.25 hours a week, with phase specialism and Trust-wide development on offer.

• Support pupils with EHCPs or SEND Support, one to one or in groups
• Liaise with class teachers to set targets and plan activities
• Record pupil progress and adapt lessons using own knowledge and experience
