Role Description

This is an on‑site, full‑time role for a Regulatory Partner based in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The Regulatory Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, providing strategic guidance on regulatory matters, and contributing to energy transition initiatives. Key responsibilities include preparing regulatory filings, supporting audits, participating in policy discussions, and delivering reports to senior stakeholders.

The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, policy development, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of energy systems, clean energy initiatives, and environmental policy
  • Analytical, research, and critical‑thinking skills for assessing regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross‑functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the energy or utility sector is preferred
