Town Planner

The business has grown steadily over the past five years,not through acquisition, but through reputation and repeat work. Staff turnoveris low, progression is clear and several of the Associate-level planners joinedas Graduates.

You will play a key role in delivering residential and employment-led planning applications across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting full and outline residential applications
• Drafting Planning Statements and supporting documents
• Supportingdata centre and commercial planning submissions
• Assisting in the promotion of sites through emerging Local Plans
• Liaisingdirectly with planning officers and consultees
• Supportingappeal submissions where required

You will be encouraged to take ownership of projects while being supported by senior colleagues.

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
• Experience within consultancy, local authority or developer-side
• Strong written and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence in client meetings
• Aproactive and solution-oriented mindset
