• The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co‑ordination and control of the onsite construction process.
• You will be enrolled on our graduate programme, a two‑year structured training scheme designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom‑based learning and on‑the‑job training.
• We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

• A 2:1 or above in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or similar)
• A genuine interest in the construction industry
