Job DescriptionOur two-year Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your career — giving you exposure to live projects, expert mentorship, and the chance to make a real impact from day one.
Over the two-year self-directed journey, you’ll gain a unique insight into the nuclear industry. You’ll begin with broad exposure across teams and customers, before progressing into more discipline-focused work that aligns with your ambitions. You must be a UK sole national and a UK resident. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of BPSS clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
