Overview
Join to apply for the Systems Engineering Graduate role – Systems Engineering, Strategy & Eng Operations s role offers an opportunity to work across an Engineering Department covering SEIT (Systems Engineering, Integration & Test), Training Systems Engineering, Engineering Strategy Development & Capability Development projects (including R&D), Experimentation and Analysis, Product Lifecycle Management and Engineering Business Operations.
Boeing emphasizes learning in the workplace with live projects, collaboration across multiple teams, and support from colleagues and the Early Careers team. As a new graduate you will work alongside technical leads across areas dependent on business needs.
Responsibilities- Work across affected areas to support programme delivery and business development activities in Systems Engineering.
- Contribute to the design of innovative training solutions, including synthetic training equipment (simulators) and courseware, and support customers operating and maintaining Boeing aircraft and systems.
- Assist with Engineering Strategy Development and Capability Development through internally funded R&D projects and development of Digital Engineering capabilities.
- Engage with Experimentation and Analysis to support requirements exploration and problem solving across defence, security, and BDUK programmes using modelling, simulation and analysis.
- Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities to enable delivery of integrated tools, processes, configuration and data management across programmes.
- Support Engineering Business Operations by analyzing business data, tracking performance against metrics, and contributing to reporting for UK and US operations.
- Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while solving real-world problems

- Degree level in engineering or a similar technical field within the last 2 years
- Confidence to build personal networks, willingness to try new things and step out of comfort zone

- Self-motivated and proactive with effective communication skills
- The successful candidate will be expected to undergo an Intrusive Security Clearance Process, requiring 5 years of uninterrupted UK residency prior to applying. We do not sponsor employment visas.
