The Role Our client is seeking an experienced CSA Design Lead to join their team on a major data centre project in Lisbon. This senior role will lead the design engineering function and coordinate multidisciplinary design delivery on a fast‑track, highly technical project.

• Lead client-facing design coordination across all disciplines
• Manage in-house designers and external consultants to meet programme milestones
• Oversee design workshops, technical submittals, RFIs, and IFC releases
• Chair weekly design coordination meetings and manage design risk and change control
• Coordinate contractor drawings, as‑built documentation, O&M manuals, and handover requirements
• Manage LEED design requirements and ensure compliance with quality and QA/QC processes

• Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience leading design delivery on large‑scale construction projects
• Strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination experience
• Data centre project experience highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
