We are working with of our top clients, a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, whose office in Bristol is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic structures team.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of technically challenging projects across property and construction, ranging from complex multi-million-pound developments to detailed assessments of existing structures.

You will work with a diverse portfolio including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and defence projects, both in the UK and internationally, collaborating with clients such as developers, contractors, local authorities and government bodies. The role provides real scope to lead projects from concept through to delivery, oversee technical outputs, mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development.

The ideal candidate will be chartered (or near chartered) with strong experience in concrete, steel, timber and masonry design, confident in modern analysis software and familiar with BIM processes. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage projects independently are essential. Experience carrying out structural surveys, site visits and inspections is also highly valued.
